Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship within the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I return my product?
We do not accept returns, as these are samples intended to encourage bulk orders. However, if you place a bulk order of 300 pieces or more, we’ll credit back the full cost of your sample order (minus shipping).

A Merch Drop is a limited-time branded collection hosted on Scrappy.Shop. Scrappy manages the apparel production, storefront, order processing, and fulfillment.
Where will my Merch Drop be hosted?
Your collection is hosted on Scrappy.Shop using a dedicated branded collection page that can be shared directly with your audience.
Will my Merch Drop be visible to everyone on Scrappy.Shop?
No. Merch Drops are accessed through a direct collection link and are not promoted through the main Scrappy.Shop navigation.
Can the collection feature my branding?
Yes. Each Merch Drop can feature your logo, branded banner imagery, products, and supporting campaign content.
Can I sell merchandise that Scrappy did not produce?
No. Merch Drops are designed for merchandise manufactured or decorated through Scrappy Apparel.
How much does a Merch Drop cost?
Merch Drops are $299 per drop, plus $4 per order + $1 per item for order processing and fulfillment.
How long can a Merch Drop stay open?
Merch Drops are intended for limited-time campaigns. The launch and closing dates are established with your team before the collection goes live.
