How long does shipping take within the USA?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been processed.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
Yes, we offer FedEx 2-Day Air for faster delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
FedEx Economy is a flat $8.50, and FedEx 2-Day Air is a flat $17.00.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update the address.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Please reach out to us if your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe. We’ll work with FedEx to resolve the issue.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship within the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I return my product?
We do not accept returns, as these are samples intended to encourage bulk orders. However, if you place a bulk order of 50 pieces or more, we’ll credit back the full cost of your sample order (minus shipping).
